Cancellation Policy

At Stephany Cleaning Services we value your time and appreciate your trust in our services. To ensure a smooth and efficient cleaning experience, please review our policies below: Cancellation Policy •Any cancellations will incur a $75 cancellation fee, which will be charged at the time of cancellation. •To avoid this fee, you may reschedule your appointment at your convenience. Cleaning Service Adjustments •Cleaning services are booked based on the requested service type (e.g., Basic Cleaning). •If our staff arrives and determines that the home requires a Deep Cleaning due to its condition, the service will be upgraded accordingly. You will be responsible for covering the full price of the Deep Cleaning or a $100 fee before the service is completed.
